What are my payment options?
	All invoices will be sent to the billing address you have indicated directly from the Contractor. SSC will email you a copy of the contract once it is in place and should you have any resulting invoicing questions, please contact the Contractor directly.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is included in all orders other than in-stock items for which shipping will be billed separately at cost. Contractors will ship your items once they receive a Contract from SSC. For further information regarding the shipping of your items, please contact the Contractor directly.
What is the return policy?
	Please contact the Contractor directly for any returns. Note that a Contract has been issued for your order, committing you to purchasing the product in the quantity identified unless the Contractor does not meet the deliverables or terms and conditions of your contract.
