Dear clients,

As you are aware, on May 10, 2019 Shared Services Canada (SSC) issued National Master Standing Offers (NMSOs) to Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada Ltd. (KMBS), Ricoh Canada Inc. and Xerox Canada Ltd. for the Enterprise Procurement Vehicle for Printing Products and Managed Print Services. Since then, SSC has also issued numerous Departmental Individual Standing Offers (DISOs).

As part of the standing offers (NMSOs and DISOs), you can now take advantage of the vendor online service portals. This will help improve user experience, making it easier to access products information, service and support requests. The portals offer two levels of access which vary according to user rights.

Basic access service is available to all SSC clients’, and the privileged access service is available to SSC clients’ Contracting and Technical Authorities, and the clients’ print and administration management team (Department Managers, Directors etc.) resources.

  • Basic access:
    • Service information such as training videos, device manuals, etc.
    • Service and support requests
  • Privileged access:
    • Status tracking and reporting including report generation
    • Service requests, details and status reporting

Basic access profiles are “non-privileged” user accounts providing read-only access to Portal content.
For any Privileged access please contact the respective vendor(s) listed above in order to implement authorization of privileged users as part of the registration process.
